• Email address — provided when you purchase a report during checkout
• Photos — up to 8 photos per report that you upload for analysis
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your complete card details
• Device and browser information — including IP address, browser type, and operating system, collected automatically
• Cookies and usage analytics — collected to understand how you use our service and to improve it

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• Generating your personalised first impression report
• Delivering your report to your email address
• Processing your payment securely through Stripe
• Preventing fraud and abuse of the service
• Improving Firsta's features and user experience

Photo and AI Processing

Understanding how we handle your photos is important to us:

• Encryption in transit — your photos are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection
• AI processing — photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI solely for the purpose of generating your report
• No permanent storage — photos are not stored permanently; they are held only for the duration of report generation and deleted automatically after your session expires (within 24 hours)
• No sharing or misuse — your photos are never shared publicly, sold to third parties, or used for advertising
• Anthropic's privacy policy — Anthropic processes data under their own privacy policy and data handling standards

AI-Generated Reports

Please read this section carefully before using our service:

• Interpretive, not objective — reports are generated by artificial intelligence and represent interpretive analysis, not objective fact
• Potential inaccuracies — AI output may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases
• Not professional advice — reports are not professional advice of any kind
• No human review — no human reviews your photos or the generated report before delivery

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a leading payment processor
• Firsta does not store, see, or have access to your complete credit card information
• Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is collected and protected
• All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS standards

Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience on Firsta:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function properly and securely
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our service (anonymised data only)

• Email address — retained for up to 90 days for support purposes, then deleted
• Photos — deleted automatically after your session expires (within 24 hours)
• Report content — retained for up to 30 days to ensure delivery, then deleted
• Payment records — retained as required by law and applicable accounting standards

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal requirements)
